UNNATURAL Premium Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, all information provided is accurate and complete, payment methods used are lawfully authorized, and you will not use the site for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

2. Product Presentation, Mockups & Print Variance

UNNATURAL uses editorial product photography, luxury styled mockups, and digitally enhanced campaign imagery. Reasonable variations may occur, including print placement shifts, chest logo positioning tolerances, fabric texture variation, and monitor-based color differences. These normal production variances do not constitute defects.

3. Made-to-Order Production

Many UNNATURAL products are fulfilled made-to-order through third-party production partners including Printful. Once production begins, cancellations, size changes, address edits, or order modifications may not be possible.

4. Limited Drops, Capsule Releases & Availability

Products may be permanently retired, seasonal, intentionally non-restocked, or removed without notice. We reserve the right to cap quantities per customer and cancel suspected reseller or bot orders.

5. Pricing Integrity & Promotional Rights

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, revoke promotions, and cancel orders affected by technical pricing errors.

6. Shipping, Customs & Delivery Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers upon carrier-confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns, Claims & Fraud Prevention

Returns and exchanges are subject to our published Return Policy. Photo evidence may be required for defect claims, and abusive repeat claims may be refused.

8. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Abuse

We reserve the right to contest disputes using delivery and production evidence and may ban customers who abuse chargeback processes.

9. Intellectual Property & Anti-Counterfeit Protection

All artwork, symbols, logos, typography, and collection names are exclusive intellectual property of UNNATURAL. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, AI recreation, or counterfeit production is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided on an as available and as produced basis, except where warranties are required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

UNNATURAL’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.

13. Policy Priority

Where conflicts exist, the more specific transaction policy governs over these general Terms.
