UNNATURAL Premium Return Policy

1) All Sales Final on Non-Defective Items
Because each garment is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, materially defective, incorrect due to fulfillment error, or lost in transit.
2) 30-Day Claim Window
Claims for damaged items, misprints, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or estimated delivery.
3) Required Proof for Claims
Customers must provide the order number, full garment photos, close-up photos of the issue, packaging photos if applicable, and a written description.
4) Approved Resolutions
Approved claims may receive a replacement, reprint, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at our sole discretion.
5) Sizing Policy
Size-based returns are not accepted. Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and fit notes before purchase.
6) Mockup, Lighting & Placement Variance
Reasonable differences in print size perception, placement, garment drape, and lighting representation are normal production tolerances and not returnable defects.
7) Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Returned shipments due to incorrect address information may require reshipment fees.
8) Abuse, Excessive Claims & Fraud
We reserve the right to deny refunds, replacements, or future purchases where suspicious or abusive claim behavior is detected.
9) Chargeback Policy
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks using delivery confirmation, production records, communications, and evidence.
