1) Processing & Production Time
Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment. During limited drops, launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, production may require additional time.
2) Estimated Shipping Times
After fulfillment, estimated transit times generally range: Canada 3–10 business days, United States 3–8 business days, International 5–20 business days. These are carrier estimates only.
3) Tracking & Shipment Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates.
4) Wrong Address Policy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Returned shipments due to address errors or failed delivery attempts may require reshipment fees.
5) Lost in Transit
Lost shipment claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Approved lost shipments may be reprinted and reshipped at no cost.
6) Delivered but Not Received / Porch Theft
If carrier tracking confirms delivery, the shipment is considered fulfilled. Porch theft or third-party acceptance is not our responsibility.
7) Customs, Duties & Refused Imports
International customers are responsible for duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees.
8) Returned to Sender
Returned packages may be held for up to 30 days pending reshipment instructions.
9) Shipping Delays Disclaimer
We are not liable for carrier, customs, weather, labor, or regional disruption delays after handoff.
